Discover unique art, stunning jewellery, mouthwatering food, artisan homewares, original fashions, garden plants, tasty baked goods and fresh produce at the Queenscliffe Community Market. With over 100 stalls displaying the best of regional produce and craftsmanship you’re spoilt for choice. Get a bite to eat and relax to live music or visit the nearby playgrounds and beach.

Once a month locals and visitors flock to the Market to explore the diverse range of goods all lovingly created by our stallholders. The Queenscliffe Community Market was established by two local women in 1979 and has continuously operated on the last Sunday of the month from September to May.

The Market provides affordable access for new craftspeople to display and sell their works, giving makers a “foot in the door” while also celebrating and promoting the unique nature and produce of Queenscliff and the Bellarine. To find out about becoming stallholder, visit our website.

The Market supports innovative community projects that foster connection, inclusion and build community resilience through a community donation program. Across the Queenscliffe Community Market’s 40-year commitment to return funds to the community, conservatively an estimate in excess of $1 Million has been donated over the life of the Market. Over the past 6 years the Queenscliffe Community Market has donated an average of $25,000 per annum to local community groups.

The Market is managed by a voluntary Committee of local residents. Day to day operations of the Market have been managed by the volunteer parents at Queenscliff Primary School under an agreement established between Queenscliff Primary School and the Market Committee in 2008.
